2. How to make oyster chowder?

The recipe for oyster chowder is also very simple, you just need to prepare the ingredients and follow these instructions:


Heat the oven to medium heat but be careful to cook on medium heat. Add a little butter, then add the celery and leeks to the pan. Once added, continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until ingredients are tender, but do not let them turn brown. Wait for it to soften for 3 to 5 minutes.
